Tom Vencill

Tom Vencill is the Director of New Product Development for Ceramic Products at CTS Corporation, where Tom leads a global team to execute new product development of ceramic electronic components for various markets. Prior to their current role, Tom was the Manager of New Product Development for Piezo Ceramic Products, overseeing the development of new piezoelectric ceramic products for a range of applications. Before CTS Corporation, Tom worked as an Engineering Manager at Intelligent Energy, where Tom developed devices for small scale hydrogen generators. At Motorola Solutions, Tom served as a Senior Equipment and Process Engineer, working on high volume ceramic processes and equipment development. Tom holds a M.E. in Manufacturing Engineering and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of New Mexico.
