Judy Trinh is a seasoned journalist currently serving as the CTV National Senior Correspondent focused on politics and investigations since August 2022. During this tenure, Judy has contributed to an award-winning newscast and received two national journalism nominations for fearless reporting on political news from Parliament Hill and other significant stories. Prior to CTV News, Judy worked as a national reporter in CBC’s Investigative Unit, covering critical issues such as systemic racism, human rights, and gender violence, and held the position of features writer at Ottawa Magazine, exploring complex human stories. Additionally, Judy has volunteered as a Chief Mentor for New Canadian Media, guiding immigrant reporters in sharing vital stories often overlooked in mainstream media. Judy's journalism education includes a Master of Arts from Western University and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Political Science and English from the University of Alberta.
