Louise L. Johnson, CCXP has a diverse and extensive work experience. Louise L. started their career at Bank of America in 1999 as an Assistant Vice President. After five years, they joined M&T Bank as a Vice President. In 2011, they moved to EagleBank, where they served as Vice President until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, Louise worked at Northwest Federal Credit Union, first as Vice President of Branch Services and later in Deposit Administration. In 2016, they became a Consultant, working independently. Louise L.'smost recent positions have been at Co-op Solutions, where they held the roles of Director of Client Experience and Vice President of Client Experience Strategy.

Louise L. Johnson, CCXP, began their education at Hull College in England, where they obtained a BTEC National Diploma. Louise L. later attended Rutgers University, specializing in Client Experience Management. In addition to their education, Johnson has achieved certifications in the field of customer experience, including becoming a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and a CXPA Professional Member.
