Jose Contreras

Jose Contreras has a diverse work experience. Jose started their career as a Reslife Office Student Assistant at CSUN Student Housing in 2015. In this role, they served as an information source for residents and guests on housing services and university policies, as well as supported events and programs.

In 2018, Jose joined Skyline Security Management as a Technical Support Specialist. Jose provided technical assistance to customers and resolved their issues. Jose worked in this role until 2021.

Currently, Jose is employed at CU Direct as a Client and Product Support Analyst. Jose joined the company in 2021 and is responsible for assisting clients and providing support for the organization's products.

Jose Contreras attended California State University, Northridge from 2011 to 2018. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
