Shweta Gandhe

Shweta Gandhe has a comprehensive work experience in the field of quality assurance. Shweta started their career at Covetus LLC as a QA Analyst in January 2009 and worked there until April 2012.

In 2012, Shweta joined Origence, formerly known as CU Direct, and held various roles. Shweta started as a Quality Assurance Analyst I in April 2012 and worked until December 2014. Shweta then progressed to the role of QA Analyst II in January 2015, where they worked for the entire year. From January 2016 to December 2017, Shweta served as a QA Analyst III.

Shweta continued to grow in their career within Origence and became a Quality Assurance Manager in January 2018. Shweta held this position until April 2023, when they were promoted to the role of Sr. Quality Assurance Manager.

Throughout their work experience, Shweta has gained extensive knowledge and skills in quality assurance, making their a valuable asset in ensuring the quality of products and services.

Shweta Gandhe completed their Master of Computer Management degree in Computer Science from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online in May 2023, Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2022, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2022, and Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance in November 2018.
