Kathy Courtney

Kathy Courtney is currently an advisor at CU Engage. Kathy has over ten years of experience in the financial industry, having worked at Northern Trust Corporation from 2007 to 2018. In their most recent role at Northern Trust, they served as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the Asset Management Institutional Group. In this role, they were responsible for leading business development, relationship management, and client servicing of asset management products and solutions. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of APAC for the Investment Manager Liaison Group (IMLG), where they led a team responsible for custody servicing of institutional clients and client-appointed investment managers across the Asia-Pacific region. Kathy has also worked in Enterprise Product Management, where they were responsible for product development and support of client sales and servicing best practices and tools utilised by employees across the globe for both personal as well as institutional client groups. Throughout their career, Kathy has demonstrated their ability to lead teams and deliver results that align with business strategy.

Kathy Courtney attended the University of Iowa, where they earned a BBA in finance. Kathy then went on to earn an EMBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
