Michelle Gates is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in airframe structures and control systems. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Engineering at Cub Crafters, Inc. since April 2010, Michelle has also held roles as an Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, Michelle gained valuable experience as a Production Support Engineer at Cessna Aircraft Company from December 2008 to February 2010, and at Columbia Aircraft Manufacturing Corp. from July 2006 to November 2008. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University, completed in 2006.
