Kinnar Shah has worked in various roles since 2000. In 2000, they began as an Articled Asst. at M M Nissim & Co. In 2004, they moved to Practical Financial Services Private Ltd. as the Asst. Vice President - Finance & Accounts. In 2006, they became the Head - Finance & Accounts at Novex Communications Pvt. Ltd. In 2008, they took on the role of Finance Hub Manager - Region India & Middle East at Det Norske Veritas. In 2011, they became the Financial Controller at Pepperfry. Finally, in 2018, they co-founded Cub McPaws, a kids retail 2.0.

Kinnar Shah completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Finance from MITHIBAI COLLEGE in 2000. Prior to that, they attended ST XAVIERS VILE PARLE from 1988 to 1995. No additional certifications have been reported.
