Holly Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2012, they started as a waitress at The Grove and then moved on to work as a Duty Manager at Rata Josh Emett & Madam Woo in 2013. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Baduzzi and later became an Assistant Manager/Host at Van Haandel Group. In 2016, they worked as a waitress at Coda before joining Lucas Restaurants as a Supervisor/Host. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Owner/Manager of The Grange Takapuna. In 2020, they took on the role of Events & Community Manager at CUB Club of United Business, where they later became the Head of Melbourne. In 2021, they founded Carte Blanche Gifting.

Holly Wilson received their diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from QRC, where they studied from 2012 to 2014.
