Jorge Llapur

Jorge Llapur is a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry with extensive experience in operations and management. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Cuban Guys Restaurants since January 2011, Jorge has been instrumental in establishing a fast-casual dining concept in Miami that specializes in authentic Hispanic sandwiches, including the Cuban Frita and Cuban Sandwich. Prior to this, Jorge served as Director of Operations for Pollo Campero from March 2008 to August 2010, and held the position of Regional Manager at Boston Market from January 1994 to March 2008. Jorge holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida International University and completed studies in Business Administration at Miami Dade College.
