Francesco Pazzaglia

Francesco Pazzaglia's work experience includes being a Content Lead at Cubbit, where they edited and supervised SEO articles, achieved email marketing revenue goals, and led the re-writing of Cubbit's communications. Francesco also worked as a Project Work for their Master's Degree at VICIVISION - Optical Measuring Machines, where they collaborated on a project for Vici & C S.p.A. Additionally, Francesco worked as an Art Director and Project Manager at UNI.RIMINI S.P.A., where they led the creation of a promotional video for the Rimini campus of the University of Bologna. Francesco was also a Project Management Intern at Agenzia Piano Strategico Srl and a Finance Intern at Gruppo Teddy. Francesco volunteered as a Marketing Team Member at JEBO Consulting- Junior Enterprise Bologna and AIESEC Italia, where they handled social media management and marketing activities.

Francesco Pazzaglia completed their Bachelor's degree in Economia Aziendale at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2016 to 2019. Francesco pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Service Management at the same university from 2019 to 2021. Francesco also participated in an Erasmus+ program at Lund University School of Economics and Management for the autumn semester of 2018/2019. Francesco further expanded their education by studying at the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University for the spring semester of 2018/2019, focusing on the Institute of Industrial Management, Economics, and Trade. Francesco additionally obtained a Master's degree in Global Marketing, Communication & Made in Italy from Fondazione Italia USA from 2019 to 2020.

Furthermore, Francesco has acquired several certifications, including Running Product Design Sprints, Agile Meets Design Thinking, and Excel Beginner to Advanced Class. These certifications were received as scholarships from institutions such as the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Udemy. Moreover, Francesco is an Accredited Professional from Fondazione Italia USA. Francesco also attained an IELTS Academic 7.5 - C1 certification from the British Council in October 2019.
