April Gunn

April Gunn is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the recruitment sector, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at CUBE since May 2023. At CUBE, a rapidly growing RegTech scale-up, April is responsible for driving global talent strategy across EMEA, Americas, and APAC markets, collaborating with executives to attract and retain top industry talent. Prior to CUBE, April held the position of Divisional Manager - Fintech at Forsyth Barnes, where a commitment to innovative recruitment practices was highlighted. April's earlier roles included Principal Consultant at deverellsmith and Hays, where significant contributions to the recruitment processes and strategies were made. April holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Policing & Investigation from Birmingham City University, completed in 2017.
