Karen Noonan

Karen Noonan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Karen started their career in 2003 as an Editorial Intern at USA TODAY, followed by internships at Eight Marketing Co., LLC and USA WEEKEND Magazine in 2004. Karen then worked as an Editorial Intern at Philadelphia Business Journal later that year.

In 2005, Noonan joined VertMarkets as a Managing Editor/Web Production Editor, where they were responsible for producing tradeshow magazines and managing 20 industry-specific websites. Karen then moved on to NetLine Corporation in 2007 as a Partner Communications Manager.

Noonan joined Victory Brewing Company in 2011 as a Marketing and Communications Manager, overseeing the marketing and communications strategy for the craft brewery. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the Global Director of Corporate Affairs at Mars Drinks, where they developed and implemented global communication strategies.

Since 2017, Noonan has been working at CubeSmart in various roles. Karen initially served as the Director of Communications and Engagement, responsible for company culture, employee engagement, and communication strategy. Karen'srole later expanded to include field operations training, and they currently hold the position of Director of Communications and Training.

Throughout their career, Noonan has demonstrated expertise in communication strategy, employee engagement, brand management, and marketing.

Karen Noonan attended Villanova University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and English.
