Meredith Friedman

Meredith Friedman has a diverse background in human resources and leadership roles. Meredith began their career at Rosenbluth International, where they held various HR positions and implemented successful recruitment and referral programs. Meredith then worked at the Please Touch Museum as the Director of HR, managing all HR functions and overseeing the museum's expansion. Meredith later joined the National Board of Medical Examiners as a Human Resources Generalist, where they managed recruitment efforts and implemented training programs. Meredith then served as the Director of Appeals and Grievances at Independence Blue Cross, leading daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Meredith then joined ECRI Institute as the Director of HR, responsible for full-cycle employee attractions and development initiatives. Currently, they work at CubeSmart as the Director of Operations, leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

Meredith Friedman holds a BA in Psychology from Harvard University. Meredith also completed the Graduate of The Wharton Management Program at The Wharton School, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including What Motivates Me Engagement Training Facilitator from CultureWorks, Strategic Workforce Planner (SWP) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), SHRM-SCP from SHRM, and Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
