Abhishek Chawla

Abhishek Chawla has a vast experience in the field of taxation, having worked in various roles and positions throughout their career. Abhishek is currently serving as the Senior Director Tax at Cubic Corporation since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Xerox from 2012 to 2022, where they held positions such as Tax Director and Tax Director- Asia, Pacific & Eastern Europe. Before Xerox, they worked as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2010 to 2011, a Manager at Ernst & Young from 2006 to 2010, and an Assistant Manager at Deloitte Haskins & Sells from 2005 to 2006. Abhishek also gained experience as a Senior Associate at Fox Mandal Little in 2004 and as a Manager at Luthra & Luthra in 2002-2003.

Abhishek Chawla received their education in a chronological progression. Abhishek completed their Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Taxation at the WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi between 2005 and 2007. Earlier, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Law College-1, Delhi University, from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, they completed the Chartered Accountants course at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, specializing in areas such as Company Law, Taxation, Accounts, and Costing from 1998 to 2002. Abhishek Chawla initiated their undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom Honours) degree from Delhi University between 1996 and 1999. Their secondary education was carried out at Delhi Public School, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand, where they completed the Higher Senior Secondary level in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Economics, and English from 1991 to 1993. Abhishek had earlier attended St. Xavier's School in Hazaribagh, where they completed their 10th grade.
