Bernie Kulchin

Bernie Kulchin has extensive experience in human resources, serving in senior leadership roles for several decades. Currently, Bernie holds the position of Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at Cubic Corporation, a role held since 1997. Prior to this, Bernie worked at General Dynamics from 1957 to 1991, where Bernie advanced to the position of Vice President of Human Resources and also served in the same capacity at General Dynamics Space Systems during that timeframe.
