Keith Matthews

Keith Matthews is a seasoned supply chain and operations executive with extensive experience in engineering, program management, and process improvement in manufacturing and MRO sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Supplier Performance and Enablement at Cubic Corporation, Keith previously held senior leadership roles at CAE USA, GE Aviation, and Smiths Aerospace, where they drove operational excellence and developed global strategies for various business units. Additionally, as the founder of Xcel Management Consulting LLC, they specialized in turnaround management and process improvement for major aerospace clients. Keith is pursuing degrees in Mechanical and Production Engineering from North Manchester College and Production Engineering from Leeds Beckett University, along with an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Huddersfield.
