Principal Embedded Software Engineer at Cubic

Sidni Hale has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sidni worked at Cubic Corporation from 2019 onwards, starting as a Software Engineer and eventually becoming a Principal Embedded Software Engineer. In this role, they led the development of the Modular Antenna Control product line, making significant contributions such as choosing new RTOS, developing training materials, modifying display drivers, and solving supply chain issues. Sidni also took over the Antenna Control Board PCB design. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at TCWGlobal, where they contributed to the development of GATR Modems. Sidni also worked as a Mathematics Tutor at Sidni Hale from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Software Engineer III at Torch Technologies, Inc., where they developed battlefield management and DIS data simulation tools. Before that, they served as a CTO and Principal Engineer at Radix Phi LLC, where they developed optimization tools and automated processes. Sidni started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Auburn University, conducting research and co-writing winning proposals. Sidni also worked as a Software Engineer at Rolls-Royce, where they were involved in various software development projects.

Sidni Hale earned a Master's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering from Auburn University between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering and Mathematics from The University of Alabama between 2002 and 2008.
