Michael McCarthy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and business growth across various sectors. As the Founder and CEO of McCarthy Pacific since January 2023, McCarthy provides advisory services to executive leaders, focusing on enhancing revenue growth and operational excellence. Previously, McCarthy served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Finning, where considerable achievements included developing innovative digital transformation strategies. A Board Director at CubicFarm Systems Corp. since November 2017, McCarthy has also contributed to the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade as a board member.
