Paola Vázquez

Paola Vázquez has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Paola is currently the Finance Director at Cubico Sustainable Investments since 2022. Previously, they worked at Zuma Energía as Co CFO and later as Finance Director from 2017 to 2022. Before that, they were the Finance Manager/Controller LTAM at Turner International LLC in 2016 and the Regional Controller LTAM at Pearson PLC from 2015 to 2016. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Senior Business Performance Controller for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean at Vestas Wind System. Prior to that, they held various roles at McAfee Software de México SA de CV, including Country Controller, Controller for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, and Finance Manager. Paola began their career as an Auditor at KPMG Cárdenas Dósal, S.C. Paola'sfirst professional role was as a Staff Auditor at Romero Said y Asociados, S.C.

Paola Vázquez earned an Executive MBA degree from the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas (IPADE). Paola also obtained a Corporate Law Diploma from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Additionally, they pursued a Corporate Finance Post Graduation program and an Accountant Graduate degree from the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial SC (EBC). Paola Vázquez completed a Tax Diploma from the Colegio de Contadores Públicos de México. Paola also holds a CPA Certificate from the Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Públicos.
