Rachel Hodges

Rachel Hodges is an accomplished engineering consultant and grid connections manager with extensive experience in renewable energy integration and low carbon technology. At Energy Equals, Rachel specializes in international development projects, focusing on renewable energy grid code compliance and capacity building, with notable projects in Zambia, Ghana, the UK, and the US. Currently, Rachel serves as Grid Connections Manager at Cubico Sustainable Investments, having transferred from Peel L&P, where Rachel held the same title. Previously, Rachel held various positions at TNEI, including Specialist Consultant and Managing Director, leading projects in offshore wind and low carbon technology. Rachel’s early career included roles as an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer at Beca and as a Controls Design Engineer at Indesit Company. Rachel holds a BEng in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh.
