Shan Khambata

Shan Khambata is the Director at CubicWorks, a position held since 2020. Prior to this role, Shan served as the Head of Technical Services at Bruntwood from 2013 to 2018, and has held multiple roles in project management and building surveying. Shan is currently pursuing a MRICS in Building Surveying from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has earned several advanced degrees, including an MSc in Building Services Engineering from Brunel University. Shan also holds an MSc in Commercial Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University and a BA (Hons) in Construction and Project Management from the University of Liverpool.
