Peter Vrancken

Peter Vrancken has held a variety of positions in the IT and technology industry since 1999. In that year, they began their career as a Software Engineer at The Independents, a joint venture between Cegeka and NOB. Peter then moved on to become a Support Engineer and Web Developer at HostIt NV (a former Ubizen subsidiary company). After this, they worked as a Web Developer and Instructor at multimedi, a Docent Webontwikkeling at SYNTRA Limburg, and an ICT Manager at Sporta. In 2013, they became a Freelance Project Manager at Prêt à utiliser, and in 2012, a Freelance Project Manager and Advisor at Datazone. In 2015, they held two roles at Green Valley Belgium, Management and Product Owner/Product Manager Besluitvorming, and in 2010, they became the Owner of Fifth Element. Since 2016, Peter Vrancken has been a Product Analyst and Integration Analyst at Cubigo.

Peter Vrancken has a diverse educational background. Peter obtained their Bachelor degree in Toegepaste Informatica from Hogeschool PXL between 1996 and 1999. Prior to this, they attended Handelsschool Hasselt and obtained an A2 in Toegepaste Informatica between 1993 and 1995. Peter also attended Sint-Jozefinstituut Bokrijk between 1989 and 1993, studying Economie-Wiskunde. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Agile Project Management from QRP International, Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance, Cursus Leiderschap from Adoria, and Scrum Master from Scrum.org. Peter also has certifications from Scrum.org and APMG-International for Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner, respectively. Lastly, they have a CCNA + CCNP certification from Cisco, obtained in July 2001.
