Pradip Pathare

Pradip Pathare has a strong background in pharmaceuticals and process chemistry. In 2000, they began working as a Principal Scientist at IRIX Pharmaceuticals, where they gained valuable experience until 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they worked at Solvay as a Production Manager, focusing on peptide synthesis and developing cost-effective clinical grade API. In 2008, Pradip joined Cubist Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Process and Analytical Chemistry, where they built a Process Chemistry group and provided support to various programs, including Discovery, Preclinical, and Clinical development. As a part of their role, they also led the CMC team.

Pradip Pathare has a post-doctoral degree from Purdue University, where they served as a Research Director under the guidance of Prof. Herbert C. Brown, a Nobel Laureate.
