Kylie Richards has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a Senior CDP at Cubitt House Ltd since January 2014, after progressing from the role of Senior Sous Chef within the same company from 2008 to 2013. Kylie's responsibilities have included recruitment, training, kitchen management, and various operational tasks such as ordering, stock control, menu design, costing, as well as adhering to health and safety regulations. Educationally, Kylie holds a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (2014-2016) and a Diploma in Cooking and Culinary Arts from the Wellington Institute of Technology (2003). Kylie's foundational education was completed at Kuranui College from 1997 to 2002.
