Liz Flynn

Liz Flynn's work experience begins in 1998 as a Duty Manager/Bar Supervisor at the Sloane Square Moat House Hotel. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Brodies Wine Bar & Restaurant. In 2005, they became a Recruitment Consultant at Source4 Personnel Solutions. Liz then worked as a Recruitment and Training Coordinator at Haymarket Publishing in 2006. That same year, they also served as a Recruitment Consultant at PWC. From 2008 to 2011, Liz held the role of Staffing and Training Manager at Absolute Taste McLaren Group. Liz then became an HR Manager at Absolute Taste McLaren from 2008 to 2014. Liz later worked as the Head of Human Resources at Fortnum & Mason from 2014 to 2016. Since 2016, they have been the Company Director at LFconsultancy, where they utilize their extensive HR experience in luxury hospitality and retail industries. Liz's most recent appointment is as the People Director at Cubitt House, starting in 2022.

Liz Flynn attended Kingston University from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management CIPD. Prior to that, they attended Birmingham College of Food and Tourism from 1997 to 2000, earning a Higher National Diploma in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management.
