Markus has also held significant positions such as Director of Food and Beverage at Blakes Hotel, Restaurant General Manager and Events Operations Manager at Brown's Hotel, and Director of Events Operations at Rosewood London. Earlier experience includes various roles at The Delaunay and J-Sheekey, as well as a Chef de Rang position at QE2. Educated at Orleton Park, Markus combines extensive operational knowledge with a focus on training and development within the dining sector.
