Markus Savage

Markus Savage is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Group Head of Training & Development at Cubitt House since August 2021. Prior roles include Restaurants Operations Manager at Fenwick, overseeing three customer-facing restaurants, and Restaurant General Manager at Bentley's Oyster Bar and Grill.
