Nicola Daley

Nicola Daley has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as Assistant Manager at Cubo Work since October 2022. Prior to this, Nicola held various positions at Sheffield City Trust from November 2018 to October 2022, including Service Hub Consultant and Senior Receptionist. Nicola's background also includes working as a Specialist Consultant for the Business Community Outreach Programme at ActionCOACH UK from April 2018 to November 2018. With a long tenure at SIV The Health & Wellbeing Charity from December 1999 to April 2018, Nicola acquired skills in training coordination, sales, and service. Notable roles there included Training Centre Sales and Service Consultant, where responsibilities involved delivering training programs and managing bookings, as well as previous positions in food and beverage services at Ponds Forge. Nicola attended High Storrs School between 1995 and 2000.
