Paolo Cristiani has extensive experience in human resources, operations, and security management. Since November 2004, Paolo has served as Chief of HR and Chief of Operations at Cubsec AB, while also working as a Business Developer. Prior roles include Security Manager at Göteborg & Co Träffpunkt AB from February 2000 to August 2006, Assistant Operations Manager and Personal Protection Officer (CP Team Leader) at Securitas between January 1999 and October 2004, and Owner & Personal Trainer at Basic gym & friskvård from May 1991 to August 1999.
