Grzegorz Pawula

Grzegorz Pawula has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as the Head of New Business and Tax at FairWind since March 2016, while simultaneously holding the position of Finance and Administration Manager at Cubus Sp. z o.o. since December 2008. In this dual role, Grzegorz oversees financial, HR, IT, and logistics departments, ensuring compliance with group standards, managing budgeting and financial reporting for multiple shops in Norway, and performing feasibility analyses for new projects. Previous experience as Chief Accountant at Decathlon included managing financial reporting, supervising a team, and engaging in cost optimization projects. Grzegorz holds a Master's degree in Finance and Investment from the Academy of Economics in Katowice and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Kozminski University, complemented by postgraduate studies in Trade and Commercial Law from Silesian University in Katowice.
