Tom Chi

Tom Chi serves as a Founding Partner at At One Ventures and a Board Member at Cuby and Inevitable Technology. Tom founded Prototype Thinking LLC to enhance hyper-learning tools for leaders and has held various roles in technology and venture capital, including Partner at Hack VC, Lab Director at Planet Earth, and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Crosslink Capital. Chi has an extensive background in product development and rapid prototyping, evidenced by his tenure as Head of Experience at Google X, where Tom contributed to 41 patents. An advocate for mentoring social entrepreneurs, Chi co-founded Mango Labs and has been an angel investor and advisor to multiple startups. Tom holds both an M.S. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
