Suzanne Rickards, SPHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning several leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Cucamonga Valley Medical Group since May 2019, Suzanne has held significant positions at various organizations, including Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Compensation & Benefits at Green Dot Corporation from March 2013 to April 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Western Bridge Corporate FCU, and roles at WesCorp, Avery Dennison, Ascent Media Group, Quiksilver, Bank of the West, and Home Savings of America, where responsibilities included compensation and benefits management.
