Scott Bannister has over 20 years of work experience, beginning in 2002 with Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. During this time, they held various roles, including IT Operations Manager, Head of IT, Technical Support Services Manager, Primary Care Technical Support Manager, IT Project Manager, and Senior Technical Support Engineer. In 2014, they joined Cambio Healthcare Systems as Global Director of Service Delivery and Head of Service Delivery. In 2016, they moved to SGI as Head of Professional Services Consulting Europe, Middle East & Africa. In 2017, they became Global IT Service Delivery Director at SDL plc, and in 2018 they were Operations Director at Equity Networks Ltd. In 2019, they held two roles simultaneously, Head Of Operations at NAK Consulting Services Limited and Owner and Principal Consultant at Sakido Limited, providing Operational Transformation and Service Management Consultancy services. Lastly, in 2021 and 2022, they were Head of Service at Giganet and Cuckoo, respectively.

Scott Bannister holds a Certificate in Legal Studies from The Open University Business School. Scott has also obtained certifications from APMG International, Scrum.org, BSI, BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and APMG International.
