Tarek Gammal-Ortiz

Tarek El Gammal-Ortiz is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the pet care and financial sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Cuddles App since September 2021, Tarek is modernizing the pet industry with a cloud-based business management platform. Additionally, Tarek holds leadership roles at HealthySmiles Pet Dental as both Advisor and Chief Executive Officer, providing non-anesthetic dental care for pets. Previously, Tarek was President of FetchMyVet, offering in-home veterinary services in South Florida, and Co-Founder & COO of WashMyWhip, which specializes in eco-friendly car detailing. Tarek’s background includes significant roles at J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs, where expertise in investment management and risk analysis was developed. Tarek graduated with a BS in Finance from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
