Jenny Chan

Jenny K. Chan serves as the Principal UX Designer at CUDDLY since July 2023 and holds dual roles as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in Professional Development and an Adjunct Instructor in Communication Design at the University of Cincinnati. With a strong background in user experience design, Jenny K. Chan previously worked as the Lead UX Designer at 3M and Senior Digital Product Designer at Fifth Third Bank, specializing in commercial banking client onboarding experiences. Additional experience includes roles as Interaction Designer at GE Aviation, Product Designer at Kroger, and User Experience Designer at Hobsons, among others. Jenny K. Chan possesses a Master in Design with a focus on Interaction and User Experience Design from the University of Cincinnati, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from ArtCenter College of Design, and additional certifications from Stanford University and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
