Javier Castello

Javier Castello, PE, MSCE, currently serves as Vice President and Associate at Cude Engineers, a position held since January 2025, after progressing from Senior Project Manager at the same firm from May 2014 to February 2024. Prior to this, Javier worked as Director of Land Development at BGE, Inc. from February 2024 to January 2025, and as a Design Engineer at Alpha Engineering from August 2011 to May 2014. Javier specializes in residential land development, managing site studies, land plans, plats, and the recordation process. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville (2014), a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution (2013), and an earlier Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Our Lady of the Lake University (2010).
