Samantha Povlich has held a variety of roles in the biopharmaceutical industry since 2007. From 2007-2008, they worked as an Analytical Development Associate and Formulations Associate at Altus Pharmaceuticals. From 2008-2014, they held the role of Principal Research Associate at Adnexus: A Bristol Meyers Squibb R&D Company, where they built and supervised the R&D LCMS facility and increased sample throughput for analysis of biologics. At Dimension Therapeutics from 2014-2018, they served as Scientist II and Product Characterization Group Lead, managing a team supporting characterization and release assays from development through early phase clinical development of AAV products. Most recently, from 2018 to present, they have been Associate Director of Analytical and Stability Operations, Principal Scientist Head of Analytical Outsourcing and Stability, and Senior Scientist at Cue Biopharma, where they have led strategies and overseen initiatives associated with analytical method development and characterization for drug substance and drug product for early clinical development, optimized and refined existing assays to support later stage clinical development, managed critical methods and data, and developed strategies to include accelerated stability studies for lead candidate screening and selection.
