Charlotte Oxnam is the founder and CEO of Cue the Curves, a company that aims to improve the plus-size shopping experience. Charlotte also serves as a program manager at The Garage at Northwestern, supporting female student entrepreneurs. Charlotte is a board member at the Farley Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, where Charlotte supports Northwestern student entrepreneurs. Charlotte graduated from Northwestern University with a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences. Prior to their current roles, Charlotte was involved in marketing and business development at American Microgrid Solutions and founded Breaking the Barrier, a language learning platform.
