Dave Allen is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the food service, real estate, and agricultural sectors. Currently serving as Co-Owner of Cuisine Unlimited Catering & Special Events, Dave contributes to one of Utah's largest catering companies, focusing on various celebrations. As the Owner of Pat's Barbecue, Dave operates a prominent barbecue establishment in Utah. Additionally, Dave manages Monviso Investments, LLC and MillC Companies, specializing in real estate and venture capital. With a strong foundation in agricultural investments as Co-Owner and Manager of Aspen Meadows Ranch, overseeing a large cattle and horse operation, Dave also has experience in real estate development through roles, including Partner at The Boyer Company Park City Tech Center and Community Development Director for Summit County. Dave holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Utah.
