Maria Cristina Bernardini

Maria Cristina Bernardini serves as the Human Resources Manager at Cuki Cofresco S.r.l. since December 2019, reporting directly to the CEO and overseeing HR activities and labor relations, including managing human resources for subsidiary companies, some of which are located abroad. Previously, from April 1985 to December 2019, Maria Cristina held various roles at Olivetti, starting as an HR Business Partner in May 2002, with increasing complexity in responsibilities, covering HR management, labor costs, workforce planning, regulations, and organization. Additionally, Maria Cristina held the position of Management Controller within the Finance and Administration department, where responsibilities gradually increased to encompass oversight of headquarters management control.
