Molly Lara

Molly Lara started their work experience in 2014 as a Sales and Market Development role at Oracle. In 2015, they worked as a Corporate Sales role at DoubleDutch. In 2016, they joined Opendoor as a Buyer Experience role. In 2017, they had various roles at Opendoor, including CX Training Manager and Direct Buyer & Trade-in Operations. In 2018, they became the Title & Escrow Ops Lead at Opendoor. Molly Lara joined Culdesac in 2020, working in Business Operations.

Molly Lara holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Molly also studied Spanish Language at Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea. Additionally, Molly has obtained several certifications including an ATD Training Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), an Advanced Prospecting Sales Training certificate from New Velocity, an Oracle Class of Sales Academy certificate from Oracle, and a Sandler Training | Sales & Management Training certificate from Sandler Training.
