Baljinder Bahia

Baljinder Bahia is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in medical affairs and program management within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Executive Director of Medical Affairs Program Management at Astellas Pharma, Baljinder has previously held significant roles at Takeda, including Head of Project Management Office, Global Medical, and Interim Chief of Staff to the CMO. With a strong background in project and resource management, Baljinder has led teams across various therapeutic areas and has served in multiple leadership roles at companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, Allergan, Novartis, and Searle. Baljinder holds a BSc (Hons) in Medical Biochemistry from the University of Surrey.
