Claire Bentley

Claire Fitzmaurice Bentley is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Head at Culford School since August 2014, with additional roles including Interim Head, Head of Prep School, Acting Head, and Deputy Head of the Prep School. Claire is also a Governor at Woodford Green Preparatory School Limited since June 2023 and an ISI Inspector for the Independent Schools Inspectorate since July 2018. In January 2018, Claire participated in the IAPS Preparation for Headship program and was the English Broadsheet Editor for SATIPS from January 2015 to 2016. Academically, Claire obtained a Master of Education in Leadership and Management from the University of Buckingham (September 2019 - April 2021) and is currently pursuing a Level 7 Executive Coaching qualification from ILM.
