Natasha Bird McIpd

Natasha Bird MCIPD currently serves as the Hire to Retire Lead focusing on OneHR and SAP implementation at Culina Group Limited since October 2022. Prior to this role, Natasha dedicated nearly two decades to Fowler Welch, holding various positions including HR Service Centre Manager, HR Manager, HR Policy & Projects Adviser, HR Adviser, HR Administrator, and Payroll Controller. Educationally, Natasha earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management from the University of Lincoln between 2009 and 2012.
