Shelli Holland

Shelli Holland has a vast work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Training & Development Manager at Spirit Group for a period of six years. Shelli then joined The Nightclub Company as a Human Resources & Training Manager from 1999 to 2005. From 2006 to 2014, Shelli held the role of Head of Human Resources & Training at Eclectic Bar Group. Following that, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Baa Bar from 2016 to 2017. Shelli then took on the role of Interim Cover at TTMPSL - O2 Francise from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a People Partner Interim at ATS Euromaster. Shelli's most recent position is as the Head of HR Ops at Culina Group Limited, which they have held since 2020.

Shelli Holland completed their education in the field of Hospitality Management. From 1988 to 1991, they attended Stafford College Of Further Education and obtained a BTEC degree. Following this, from 1991 to 1993, Shelli enrolled at Birmingham College of Food and earned a BTEC HND degree in Hospitality Management.
