Dave Miller

Dave Miller is the Program Director for the Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts programs at the Culinary Institute of Virginia since April 2010. With a background as an Executive Chef and General Manager at various establishments, Dave has extensive experience in culinary management and education. With a degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, Dave also has a degree in Sociology from Northland College.
