Favienne Roop is an experienced pastry chef currently serving as a pastry chef at A Sharper Palate Catering Co and a pastry chef and faculty member at the Culinary Institute of Virginia since March 2023. With a substantial background in the culinary field, Favienne has been a regular guest pastry chef at WTVR-TV since 2015, known for engaging with the News Anchors and sharing recipes. Favienne founded Cakes by Favienne, operating as a pastry chef entrepreneur from 2001 to 2018, and participated as a pastry competitor in a Netflix competition.
