Michael Grant

Michael Grant is a Culinary Nutritionist at the Culinary Institute of Virginia since June 2017, holding an Associate's Degree in Nutrition and a Bachelor's Degree in Food Service Management. Previous culinary training was completed at the same institution with an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from October 2015 to January 2017. Michael Grant has military experience as a Watch Officer at the U.S. Army's Emergency Operations Center, overseeing emergency services, as well as serving as Detachment Sergeant at the Warrior Training Center, managing logistics for the Army’s Best Warrior Competition. An extensive career in the U.S. Army included roles as Logistics Training Developer/Writer and Senior Drill Sergeant, where responsibilities included the training and oversight of thousands of soldiers. Education includes various degrees in culinary arts and food services management from ECPI University and Curtis Senior High School.
