Joseph Spina

Joseph Spina serves as a Partner at Cullen and Dykman LLP since January 2024. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Associate General Counsel and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Palladium Equity Partners, LLC from May 2021 to January 2024. Joseph's earlier experience includes serving as Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from April 2016 to April 2021, and as an Associate at Brown Rudnick LLP from October 2014 to April 2016. Joseph began legal training as a Summer Associate at Brown Rudnick in 2013 and completed a Judicial Internship at the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in 2012. Joseph holds a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School (2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Manhattan University (2011).
