Elisar Bashir

Elisar Bashir is a Senior Policy and Regulatory Analyst at Cullen International since January 2020. Prior to this role, Elisar worked as a Policy Analyst at Google from December 2017 to July 2019, and as a Policy & Research Consultant at Freelancer in September 2017. Elisar also has experience as a Policy Research Fellow at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, a Political and Economic Officer at the European External Action Service, and as a European Policy Officer & Programme Coordinator at MOVE.BG. Elisar holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Oxford and has a background in European Union Law and International Relations.
